February 13, 2021In today’s second reading, Paul makes a statement that sounds like he is boasting, “Be imitators of me, as I am of Christ.” However, his mission supports his claim. Paul traveled throughout the ancient world guided by the sole desire of sharing Jesus’ message and saving souls. As we prepare for Lent this week, may we keep Paul’s words and example in mind. What are the lenten practices or penances that will help us be better imitators of Christ?
