For most of us, there have been times when we experienced the frustration of the prophet Habakkuk. The entire book is devoted to the question of God’s justice in the world. Needless to say, God was not meeting the timeline Habakkuk wanted for justice to be delivered.
   As God reminded the prophet, and us as well, his time is not our time. With everything going on in the world why doesn’t God just sweep away all the evil? Maybe the answer is twofold: He’s giving the bad people a chance to change; and he’s giving us a chance to help change things for the better.
