Every year on the second Sunday of Easter, we read the gospel of Doubting Thoas from John. Although Thomas is hesitant to believe the other aspotles, we know the story ends well when Thomas encounters Jesus and utters the beautiful profession of faith, "My Lord and My God!"
   Thomas' profession is a great way to celebrate Divine Mercy Sunday, as well. Acknowledging Jesus as our Lord and God puts us in a position to receive with open hearts all that he offers us - gracesm blessing and his mercy.
