A long time ago, I saw a t-shirt  with the message, ‘As long I can serve as a bad example, I’m at least good for something!” While most people try to give a good example, the important point to remember is that all of us, unless we are a hermit, give off an impression to other people we meet.     In today’s readings, Isaiah, Paul and Jesus all remind their audiences that they are called to be good examples. The same is true for us. It is as simple as doing what we know is correct. It’s the “doing” part that is difficult!
