May 29, 2021The first Sunday following Pentecost is always the Most Holy Trinity. We focus in a special way on that which we have been celebrating for the previous fifty days: The Risen Christ sent the Spirit to animate and enliven all of the Father’s creation.
This perfect interaction of perfect love is the example of what we are called to be. While we may be a little short on the perfection scale, it is well worth effort. If we keep at it, one day the mystery of the Trinity we celebrate on earth will become perfectly clear in the glory of heaven.
